Due to the ongoing winter period, “Wodociągi Słupsk” Sp. z o.o. (Słupsk Water Utility Ltd.) reminds Customers of their obligations regarding the protection of water connections and water meter installation sites against the effects of low temperatures.
The temperature at the water meter installation site should not fall below 4 degrees Celsius. If this condition is not met, please implement additional protection measures for connections and water meters against frost. Particular attention should be paid to securing window openings in rooms where water meters and water supply systems are located.
Please be reminded that the main water meter remains the property of the water utility company. However, if water meter damage occurs due to the Customer’s failure to meet obligations regarding proper meter protection, the Customer shall be required to cover the costs of replacing the damaged water meter.
At the same time, please do not attempt to replace damaged water meters on your own.
