In mid-June, Gdańsk once again became the center of the debate on the future of energy in Europe. The 13th National Energy Summit gathered experts, decision-makers, and industry representatives under the theme: “Europe’s Energy Security – Reconsidering Energy Policy.” The event culminated in an evening gala, during which the prestigious “Amber of Polish Energy” statuettes were awarded. The City of Słupsk, together with our Company, was honored for consistent and effective actions aimed at developing the Słupsk Bioenergy Cluster. This cluster is currently implementing the Słupsk Bioenergy Island project, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Furthermore, the Cluster serves as an exemplary partnership of local entities involved in the generation, consumption, storage, and sale of energy, heat, and fuels, with the ultimate goal of developing the local energy market, balancing energy utilities (electricity, heat, and gas), and optimizing the use of energy from RES.
