Signing of the Agreement for Project Documentation to Connect RES at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Słupsk

On November 5, 2025, “Wodociągi Słupsk” (leader of the SBC) signed an agreement with Mr. Gerard Pobłocki, conducting business under the company name Sanitarna Pracownia Projektowa Gerard Pobłocki based in Toruń. The contract covers the preparation of project documentation for connecting existing RES sources located at the wastewater treatment plant in Słupsk to the municipal district heating system. The agreement is implemented under Stage II of the project entitled “Development of Energy Competencies of the Słupsk Bioenergy Cluster,” which is covered by non-repayable support from the development plan under Investment B2.2.2/G1.1.2 of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) – RES installations implemented by energy communities, Part A.
The subject of the agreement is the comprehensive preparation of project documentation covering the full scope required for the investment’s implementation – from the technical concept and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, to detailed executive designs and author’s supervision.
The development of this documentation represents an essential element of activities supporting the energy transition and the efficient utilization of renewable energy sources in municipal infrastructure.
