On October 4th and 5th, 2022, the 5th edition of the PCHET Conference was held at the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia, under the slogan: “Renewable energy as the foundation of the hydrogen economy.” As one of the most important hydrogen events in the country, it once again brought together experts and industry leaders from Poland and Europe, as well as representatives from academia and business. Representatives of our Company were also among the panelists and invited guests. The objective of the event was to exchange experiences supporting the development of the hydrogen industry and to discuss further steps in building strategic partnerships for the energy transition. The meeting provided an opportunity to share knowledge and establish business, scientific, and technological partnerships that will contribute to the development of hydrogen projects in Poland and Europe.
During the conference, the “Wodociągi Słupsk” Company presented its vision of its own local, low-emission, and competitive energy. Consideration was given to the possibility of utilizing surplus green energy for hydrogen production, and subsequently using it in the energy balancing process within the Słupsk Bioenergy Cluster.
