Słupskie Wodociągi in 6th Place in the National Ranking of Water and Sewerage Utilities
Słupskie Wodociągi secured a high 6th place in the prestigious National Ranking of Water and Sewerage Utilities, organized by “Strefa Gospodarki” (Economy Zone) in cooperation with “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”. This year’s result holds special significance for our company – it is the highest position achieved in this ranking since we first participated in 2014, proving a steady upward trend and the effectiveness of our chosen strategy.
The ranking involves a comprehensive assessment of the activities of water and sewerage companies in Poland. Evaluated factors include financial results, investment levels, network failure rates, service prices, efficiency in securing external funding, staff development, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Participation in the ranking is free of charge.
The achieved result confirms the effectiveness of the activities conducted by the company over the past year, particularly in the areas of stable management, infrastructure modernization, and enhancing the safety and reliability of water and sewerage systems.
The high position in the ranking is also the outcome of a long-term approach to development. Wodociągi Słupsk engages in initiatives that extend beyond its core operations, including the development of local energy solutions within the Słupsk Bioenergy Cluster and the Słupsk Bioenergy Island project, funded by resources secured by the company from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
Detailed results are published in the “Strefa Gospodarki” supplement of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
