The 12th Conference “Water and Sewerage Company Management” has concluded in Wisła, where Słupskie Wodociągi was represented by the President of the Management Board, Andrzej Wójtowicz.
In the panel titled “Being Like Da Vinci, or Visionaries in the Water and Sewerage Industry”, Przemysław Płonka, Editor-in-Chief of BMP Publishing, spoke with the President about, among other things, vision in management practice and strategic decision-making. The discussion addressed topics related to setting new directions for the development of water and sewerage companies, as well as the changing role of a leader in the sector, as exemplified by the Słupsk Bioenergy Island concept implemented by the company.
During the event, the following topics were also discussed:
- Modern leadership and management challenges,
- Implementation of innovative solutions for the water and sewerage industry,
- Building energy independence for companies,
- Utilization of modern digital technologies,
- Creating stable and crisis-resilient enterprises.
Participation in the event, organized by the “Kierunek Wod-Kan” magazine, provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences with the management of the largest industry companies in Poland and confirmed Słupskie Wodociągi’s position as an innovation leader in the region.
