Investment Tasks Completed in 2024
The economic and financial situation, along with the changing regulatory and legal requirements in 2024, also left an impact on the investment plans implemented by the Company.
Despite the difficulties encountered, the execution of ongoing investments continued, several new projects were launched, and maintenance works were carried out on the water and sewage network as well as on the Company’s facilities. The Company’s activities aim to connect new customers to the network and to ensure the required level of water supply and wastewater discharge services for our clients.
Within the territory of the City of Słupsk, the following investment tasks, among others, were completed in 2024:
- Construction of a sanitary sewage network and a water supply network on Duńska Street in Słupsk;
- Construction of a water supply and sewage network on Grechuty Street in Słupsk;


3. Construction of a water supply and sewage network on Owocowa Street for the development of areas covered by the “Owocowa” Local Spatial Development Plan in Słupsk;

- Replacement of the water supply network on Hubalczyków Street.
- Expansion of the dewatered sludge storage shed at the composting plant.

Within the territory of the Municipality of Kobylnica, the Company completed the following tasks, among others, in 2024:
- Replacement of the water supply network from the village of Zagórki to Zbyszewo;
- Construction of a new deep well for the water intake in Wrząca.
Furthermore, in 2024, the Company submitted and implemented four applications for project co-financing from European and national funds, including:
- An application for non-repayable grant support from the development plan under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), Investment B2.2.2./G1.1.2. Part A (pre-investment support): Activity A.1.: Development of existing energy clusters, Sub-activity: A.1a – Stage I (clusters without a development concept) of the project, consisting of the development of a growth concept for the Słupsk Bioenergy Cluster. In 2024, a positive decision was obtained, and an agreement for support was signed for the execution of the aforementioned Stage I, which was completed in November 2024. Meanwhile, the implementation of Stage II, carried out in cooperation with several partners—Members of the Słupsk Bioenergy Cluster—is scheduled for the years 2025–2026.

An application for co-financing from the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Gdańsk under the program “Szlamnik – Improving Wastewater Treatment Plant Efficiency” for the project: “Development of Design Documentation and Construction of a Wastewater Transit Line to the Słupsk Agglomeration from Remote Localities of the Municipality of Redzikowo.” In 2024, a positive decision was also obtained, and a co-financing agreement was signed for the project, with implementation scheduled for the years 2024–2028.

- An application for co-financing for the project titled “Clean Water for the Generations of Słupsk and the Region” under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021–2027 Programme (FEnIKS), Activity FENX.02.05 “Drinking Water,” submitted in January 2024 – to date, having passed the formal evaluation, the application is currently undergoing substantive evaluation. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
- An application for non-repayable grant support under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), Part B: Investment support for energy communities, Activity B.1: Demonstration investment projects implemented by energy communities, for the undertaking titled “Słupsk Bioenergy Island (SWB) – Development of Energy Competences of the SKB Cluster Coordinator,” submitted in March 2024 – to date, having passed the formal evaluation, the application is currently undergoing substantive evaluation. The project is scheduled for implementation until June 2026.
Investments Planned for Implementation in 2025 Include:
The continuation of ongoing and unfinished investments, as well as planned investment processes, including among others:
- Installation of a centralized facility monitoring system along with its visualization in the SCADA system, and the installation of indoor and outdoor cameras within the territory of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) on Westerplatte Street and the water intake on Legionów Polskich Street;
- Construction of two new well shafts at the Legionów intake, along with the construction of a new service connection, power supply, and control system;
- Replacement of the water supply network on Leszczyńskiego Street in Słupsk;
- Replacement of the water supply network on 3 Maja Street in Słupsk;
- Replacement of the water supply network on Wysokiej Street in Słupsk;
- Construction of a water supply network between Szczecińska and Legionów Polskich streets in Słupsk (Szpilewskiego Street);
- Construction of a sewage network in the area of Banacha Street towards Nalepy Street in Słupsk;
- Regeneration of deep wells at the Westerplatte and Głobino water intakes.
Furthermore, in 2025, within the territory of the City of Słupsk, the Company plans to implement energy-related investment tasks as part of the Słupsk Bioenergy Cluster.
Meanwhile, within the Municipality of Kobylnica, the plans for 2025 foresee, among others: the construction of a new well shaft and the expansion of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) within the territory of the water intake in Runowo Sławieńskie.
